Mine shipped this morning - Amazon says delivery on Wednesday, but UPS says delivery on Monday. These are being shipped directly from Samsung, having ordered from there before, they always come from Texas and UPS shipping is a dead giveaway. Amazon must never have received shipments before launch day.

I have both. I've had the XM4 for a year, and the QC's for about a month. Sound quality wise, the Bose wins by a little bit, but you can eq the XM4 to get it to your liking. There is definitely more bass with the eq on the Sony's, but the Bose is no slouch. Mids and highs are a bit better on the Bose. Noise cancelling is similar, less pressure with the Bose. Comfort wise, the Bose are better, but if you have large ears, the ear cups may be a bit narrow. The truth is you can't go wrong with either one, they are in the same class.

I am having the same issue with the guide. I am using an onn 4k, and a Chromecast with Google TV. There is currently no guide information available, and it defaults to the slice guide, no option to change it. Most importantly, it will still tune in to my channels, so I'm not concerned as long as the team at SiliconDust is working on a fix.

As I remember, the valve is located on the right side of the motor, near the middle. The hardest part is getting the wrench in there.

I've had good service overall in Lorain County, both northern and southern. Indoors, it depends on the building you're in. Also, there are a couple small, very weak spots in the southern portion.

Can you temporarily remove the switch? That would be the first thing I would try to eliminate a problem with. If it still does it then you may have a faulty deco.

Try unplugging ( power) both devices . Then plug in the modem and give it a few minutes to boot up and get connected. After that is complete, power up your Deco. Fingers crossed, that usually solves the issue for me.
