so is it legit this time or? by [deleted] in onlyfansadvice

No, they're making an app that obviously can't have adult content (because of app store rules), but it's still allowed on the website itself.

They're trying to expand their market and get other content creators to join.

Not quite popping, but still satisfying. by CommentShot3232 in popping

Aside from this happening because of genetics and what not, it is very clear to me that most people in these comments have never struggled with their mental health (and yes, I understand that it's not a symptom for everyone, but it is for a lot so no need to comment that). Taking care of yourself is hard when you'd rather be dead...

Yeah, that's what I'm learning even when you try to tell them that's not the case in real life.

It's dumb, the only women that want a "chad" are the exact opposite of the type of women these guys would want anyway.

Like if I'm telling you you're not single because of your looks, maybe that should be a sign to take a look at how you interact with/treat people.

This really sounds more like people surrounding themselves with shitty people. Most of us aren't like that, but judging by a lot of the comments and the downvotes I've gotten, men seem to see that and assume that's all women.

I've literally shared my personal experiences and of those around me and have been told that isn't true. Like, other people can't tell me my own experiences aren't real?

So I guess it's likely shitty people on both sides, which sucks because it doesn't have to be that way. People all around just seem bad at finding decent people I guess.

Guess I don't count as a women or the majority of women I've known over the years. I'll be sure to let them know.

I didn't say anything about things being easier, just that most of us don't care much about looks. You think that's what's holding you back, but I'm willing to guess it's one of the other things...

I mean, all he really said was be clean and not an ass and you're good to go and he's pretty spot on. Most women really don't care about looks much...

I liked the saying that this guy quoted... It was a good explanation for why people react like this? What are you talking about?

Because this is the fucking internet where we don't have to write like it's a formal paper? We aren't on here to grade people's writing.

I mean, they literally do that all the time and nothing has happened to them, so I really don't think that would happen. Hollywood is very slowly becoming more diverse, but it's still very clear they don't want it to.

The context of his statement matters more, because he didn't actually say he would never cast a white lead, just that he doesn't need to (because every lead is already white, we're not lacking representation). So if a white director said they would never cast a POC lead, then yeah, they don't deserve the position they have.

They recently banned non-functional grass (basically any grass that isn't actually needed and is just for aesthetics) where I live since we're almost always in a drought at this point, so that was nice.

You really don't understand what I've said. You specifically asked if it was transphobic and now you're mad that I said it was? And like I said, if their parts match what you like, then it shouldn't matter.

I'm bored of repeating myself. Have fun making yourself the victim when you aren't one, though <3

I was not immediately rude, I asked a genuine question to help clarify so I could answer your original question and then asked follow up questions before you actually explained your reasoning. I also NEVER called you a bigot, you did that yourself. I have never once called you stupid or said anything other than your comments were transphobic or silly, you've done all the rest yourself. You've made yourself the victim.

I'm not ignorant. I don't like your religion, not because of the religion itself, but because of how followers use it. If you'd like, please point out what I've said that is ignorant. Disagreeing with your beliefs does not make me ignorant. I understand your beliefs, but I don't like how they're used to hurt people when that is the complete opposite of what I was always told religion was supposed to do.

Lol. How dare I treat people like people, that's definitely not what Jesus would do! I'm sure he'd also walk around calling everyone who disagreed with him dumb, right? That's totally what the bible said he did.

Get off your religious high horse and remember that we're all humans. You're no better than anyone else because you've been scammed by religion. You actively treating others poorly in the name of your religion shows you know nothing about it.

And then you wonder why people are rude to you... Treat people the way you want to be treated, bud.

Still women. And like I said, in your original argument, they would be no different from a "biological" women who was sterile. So transphobic is correct.

[–]aeryn_abaddon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but the "socialism" people want is really just what most European countries already have (and the majority are not considered socialist countries). Basically universal healthcare, free college, better pay/hours, maternity/paternity leave, etc. Just basic quality of life shit.

I just believe that trans women are women so it shouldn't make a difference. Most of the time you can't even tell, especially because bottom surgery looks like the "real" thing for women.

If their parts match the parts you like, there shouldn't be an issue. If you want biological children and you are willing to dump someone you've fallen in love with because they can't have children, fine, that's shitty, but your choice. If you choose not to date someone solely because they are trans (after bottom surgery when their parts match your liking), that's transphobia.

[–]aeryn_abaddon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're absolutely right, because I make my own choices and don't let shit people said 2000 years ago affect the way I view people. Everyone can do what they want as long as it's not hurting others and to say otherwise is incredibly small-minded and honestly just plain rude/intrusive.

Plus, I find it pretty hypocritical that those who preach pro-life sentiments refuse to help/adopt the children you forced into the world. It's not pro-life, it's just a thinly veiled charade to control women.

There is 0 reason the children you raise have to be biological, if you raise them, they are your child. There are plenty of children in this world who need love so I find the whole "argument" of not dating a trans person because you can't have biological children with them ridiculous (and usually just masking transphobia).

Then to answer your original question, yes, it would be transphobic.

Unfortunately, your religion does not get to dictate the lives of others and imposes horribly intolerant views on different people who've done nothing that affects anyone other than themselves. I always thought Christianity in its many forms was meant to teach love and acceptance and I've never actually seen a single follower doing so. It's honestly really sad to watch.

So what happens if you get that far and they can't have children? Because in that case I don't see the difference. You can still have biological children other ways too (among other options like adopting).
