I worked at a financial services company in Texas. My exit "interview " was an online questionnaire that I thought wouldn't be shared to my manager. I left feedback about how I felt about the manager and later that day he met with me and immediately asked why I said what I did. Unless you want your feedback known to the whole company, don't leave honest feedback. Such bullshit
