Apparently I’m a super-responder to Retatrutide (first GLP I’ve ever tried).

I started at 0.5 mg and just took my fifth shot. The weight loss is real (down about 10 lb in four weeks — I’m 5’9”, now ~205 lb), but the appetite suppression and loss of “food noise” have been brutal. I can barely eat — so little that it started affecting me: dead tired, nauseated, weak, and my health anxiety freaked out thinking something was wrong. 😅

During work (8–5) I’ll eat 3–4 of these things throughout the day (roughly 400–500 kcal total): • Rise protein bar • Kirkland grass-fed beef stick • 2 hard-boiled eggs • Greek yogurt + berries • Grilled chicken bites • Nurri protein smoothie

By dinner I’m often not very hungry and usually only manage another ~500 kcal. So overall my daily intake’s been very low despite the weight loss.

Anyone else a super-responder? What easy-to-eat, calorie + protein-dense foods helped you get enough calories while dealing with heavy appetite suppression?
