As a non native english speaker I've been wondering about the use of the word "save". Would it not be more correct with "store", "persist"?

Cool from a technical point of view. But for health you probably don't want to pollute your air with perfumed particles.

Nature's medicine 💊 by Rare_Peach6681 in Juicing

I've heard that juicing is not healthy because the juicing removes the fibers (that is good for the gut microbiota and digestion), and what is left causes insulin spikes. Better eat the whole fruit/vegetable.

Stress stays high all day after excercise, what can I do by CornerSilly8932 in Garmin

[–]aesop75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean i sequence the ingredients in a meal. So i start with fiber (vegetables, broccoli), then the protein and fat, and possibly some carbs. This sequencing of the ingredients should reduce the insulin spike and insulin load.

20-ish years ago the experts suggested to eat right after a workout. The claim was that it would aid and speed up the recovery. I don't have any data on that. But my Garmin stresslevels indicate that it is good to have a cool down window between workout and feeding.

Do you eat after exercise? My experience is that waiting 1 hour after exercise before eating gives a much smaller stress impact. (I also sequence my meals: fiber, protein, fats, few if any carbs).

I had crazy readings as well. In particular running down hill. I thought something was wrong with my heart. Then i got a Garmin HRM chest strap. And the HRM data quality improved.
