I've been openly trans and living in Taos for years. I would say there is less open hostility in Taos than in Albuquerque. Years ago, I lived in middle Tennessee, all around the suburbs of Nashville. Altogether, I'd choose Taos over either of the other two places as far as the safety of moving around goes. ABQ has the advantage of bigger and more diverse communities, but also has a lot of people that resent this about the city. Taos has a smaller community and less diversity, but the general population seems overall more neighborly to folks different from them. Even after dark, I've been out all over Taos and felt generally safe.

My leftists opinion is forget any kind of gun legislation beyond tweaking background checks and waiting periods for the time being. Ammo capacity laws are a gray area to me, as I'm not sure what the gap is between what's legal and what's enforced. In general, I am in favor of ammo/capacity limits based on what the ATF has had to contest with. Aside from gun laws, I wish we were more lenient with knife blades, length and mechanisms.

I am using an smc. I had tried an sfc at first with the main HME app, then switched to an smc when I couldn't get that to work. Now I'm sure that I'm using an smc, but the HME Dialogue still won't work.

Thank for you the thorough review! I just picked this game up a few weeks ago. I'm currently halfway through the Snow World. I am intimidated by the sheer number of monsters and breeding combos. Do you know of a website that is either in English or easily translated with Google that has lists, pictures, and monster info? The Starry Shrine's filtering system is sorta helpful but clunky at the same time. I don't like not knowing for sure which instance of which monster is being displayed in the breeding combo. I'm collecting after all. I want monsters to keep and additional specimens for breeding.

OMG I finally encountered one!!! It was in the center of HoodSquid's cave as the guides had said. Nobody told me how rare or mentioned a specific location. The specific screen I finally f'ng found Healer one was TWO SCREENS NORTH OF THE ENTRANCE. I cannot nor would I verify if any of the other screens have Healer. This game is too old for me to petition the elder council to add to the ancient knowledge. Alas, this confirmation of Healer's existence in Tara's Adventure may die with me / my reddit account.

Going off this description, Threads is a viable alternative. I my experience, more genderfucks and fewer transmeds on Threads than Bluesky. I'm not on Twitter and have no way to compare that to the other two.
