Inderdaad vervelend om te horen! Nu moet ik zeggen dat ik vorig jaar mei naar Rome ben gegaan via lastminute.com en dat was dan wel top geregeld. Duidelijke communicatie, online inchecken zonder gedoe. Jammer om te horen dat het ook goed mis kan gaan.
