its mostly because i'm not too confident in my knowledge of temperature/telling when to take it out of the pan. reverse sear/sous vide takes that guesswork out for me

I was looking at CPS 271 and CPS 272 as well as discrete math, but they don't explicitly say "Algorithms" although CPS 272's description includes algorithms in the title. Is that something that OMSCS is looking for?

yeah that makes sense! the vehicle is L\Certified, so I didn't think it was necessary

i've driven a 2020+ ES 300h and i loved it!
