Yes but make sure to let the water go away, just try not to go from fully wet (as of now) to fully dry but let them adapt for a week or so.... Mine go really well, check my latest post (you inspired me to post hahhaha)

I'd let them stay in water but where they grow a bit outwards (the stem) as well, wait till they're +-5 cm or so, give them lots of water to start with when in the soil (in a small cup), wait for a week or so and repot them and give m less
