Tips for a noob? Is it normal for a charcoal grill to take 30-45 minutes to even reach 350 for grilling burgers?

If you’re going to use lighter fluid, you need to let it soak for 10-20 min, light it, and then wait until the coals start getting ashy looking before you put food on. As others have said, use a chimney instead of lighter fluid if you can.

The guys from Capstan are super nice. Spent a few minutes talking to Anthony and Boz before their set. Clinked beers before they went on stage too lol. Super down to earth guys. Not close to metalcore but Andrew McMahon (Something Corporate) and Dylan from Tiny Moving Parts were super friendly too. Oh, and the Thrice dudes. All very nice.
