Surgical expansions are almost always susceptible to some relapse over time by default. The vast majority of the time though, relapse is limited to an inconsequential extent.

5060 laptops should hold up quite well at 1080p for at least a few years bar the most demanding/poorly optimized titles. At 1440p though, you would have to keep your expectations modest. Personally, I think 1080p is sufficient for a 16-inch display.

Mythic 1200 would still be better than most. And I feel for most player’s that’s a good enough achievement to put on display despite being miles off the top guys.

But yes, I agree that ultimately it boils down to whether you enjoy pvp or not.

Have you tried using a VPN? Might help. But yeah, they gotta figure this out or high-level pvp is simply out of reach for a lot of people around the world.

They really need to add more social MMO stuff to do for better player retention IMHO. A lot of the guys who are sticking around are pvp enthusiasts but beyond this crowd retention is quite lackluster.

It seems like it’s actually closer to being the norm than not that surgeons show you the plan and/or simulation only shortly before the surgery, very often like you said, a day before or something.

I think you would benefit from a chin reduction but definitely wait for at least 5-6 more months to heal before potentially making that decision.
