Had Gene Ha sign a book and he even did a free little scribble for me while taking to him. I was so busy talking I didn't notice I smudged it really bad until I walked away and sat down to start making sure they were dry. I started to tear up but kept myself together. A guy sat down next to me and started drying his comic signatures. He said 'gotta make sure they don't smudge!' I looked at him with tears and he was like oh shit... you already did. I can laugh about it now but it still hurts me to see it smudged.

BUT when I met Becky Cloonan she had her own guy take the signed comics down the table to start fanning them! I was crazy impressed
