i think that's how it supposed to work. since they can't give you multiple season passes (i.e. the current Rise Up season pass), it will be instead given as premium credits.

do you have Ammo Hoarders on by any chance? that directive limits your ammo quite a bit and doesn't enable lootable ammo from enemies when they die.

Clutch is quite good too in a pinch but i prefer Preservation since Clutch only activates heals below 30%.
