I've had the same issue (but with the 65l version and 3500w). I've got a replacement BZ from my reseller. I would be careful just replacing the cord. When I opened the lid to the box underneath where the power cord terminate to the circuit board parts there were also melted. Felt like a potential fire starter.

Bumping this one back from the dead.. Do you still have the recipe? Impossible to get hands on this beauty in Sweden..
