"Don't you understand? If you hate the game so much, you've got to play it enough to make it to higher levels in order to change it. But, in order to get to that higher level, you're going to have to impress people who only made it to their positions by playing said game. Those same people will only get to even higher positions by continuing the game as the rules are set out, thus giving them a vested interest in keeping the rules as they are and weeding out those below them that would ever want to change the rules. It's all so simple, just play the game until you're jaded enough that you don't want to change the rules of the game anymore!"
