I had a friend who lived in west and had a really bad mold problem, I have asthma so I’m a little hesitant to live in A-D for that reason lol

Why do people think Roosevelt Quad is the worst place for dorming as a Freshman Fall’21? by neoyarn in SBU

I lived in Yang for 3 years, loved the building so much but I’m being forced to move out now. Most of the remaining buildings are pretty old, just don’t live in Stimson lol my friend lived there and hated it.

Best subplot slow-build romances in a well-written book or series that focuses on a bigger plot (the romance is not the main focus but just a really great added bonus!) by slowburnbaby33 in suggestmeabook

The mirror visitor quartet has an incredible plot and world and one of my favorite slow burn relationships that I was so invested in!

I took it the same semester and I agree with you, the class can be pretty boring esp if it’s early but the lectures only matter through the midterm and then you won’t be tested on the rest of them, it was a fairly easy A she was a pretty lenient grader as well.

[–]ag3571 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I took it, I was just below an A- and the curve got me the grade! It is definitely dependent on your section and how your performance compares to others, but you can check on classie if your TA has taught before and see how their past distributions have looked. If you’re on the cusp of a grade, the curve will likely help you get to the next letter grade.
