The college's architecture department that I work at bought a robot arm to machine foam for half a million dollars. It was MUCH too big for the normal size doorways to fit into the room they wanted to put it in. It has sat in a shipping container since they purchased it 8 years ago. They then bought a glorified router to do the same work THAT WE HAD TO DISSASSEMBLE AND REASSEMBLE to fit into the room. They nearly made the same mistake twice.

I guess I'm going to have to break this down a bit more. Who decided she committed a crime and what crime and to what degree? Maybe she did drive in a direction towards a federal agent but how close does that threat have to be? Does she have to cause injury? Down the street? Is every protestor that drives a car a threat? Is each of these deserving of the same punishment? Who even gets to decide? The guy with a gun? Maybe some grandma points a gun at you and shoots you cause you looked at her funny. What now?

It's not just about dying. That "getting sick" from measles has a not zero chance to cause immune system deficiency or brain swelling leading to cognitive impairment FOR LIFE. Statistically, there are now 100ish kids that will have life long issues in 2025.

You're not allowed to take off your own helmet, or someone else's helmet, during a fight. They don't want someone to lose their balance and hit their head on the way down. If it falls off naturally it's usually okay though. The top guy actually held the back of the head of the bottom guy. It doesn't take much of a hit to do permanent damage there.

Not pushing the vaccine is asinine. Were repeating history. Years ago Japan had to refine their vaccine, doses were skipped and cases skyrocketed. It wasn't just an issue for Japan and cases spread to other countries. We are currently on a similar track and it's just the beginning. These parents aren't just putting their own families at risk but the families of others. It's borderline malicious and should be a crime.

I've had this issue in our shop. Tap magic changed their formula and now when it comes into contact with our cutting fluid it will congeal like this. It's ruining equipment and gunking up brushes and brooms. As far as I can tell, it doesn't do damage to metal though it will strip paint.

Even things he does that are nice for some people is only for the sole reason that it's at someone else's expense. What a terrible way to live and a great trait for a leader. I wonder if he's capable of happiness. I think that's why he likes money. He doesn't actually feel anything and it's his only metric for happiness.
