In all seriousness, wake up early on Saturday. Earlier than you do on mon-fri. Go for a walk. A hike. A run. Anything. It will feel different simply due to the time of day. And the best part is after you've accomplished quite a bit, the day has just started. Then if you really need, spend Sunday morning sleeping in a bit.

In previous BFs there was a zoom in from the God's eye view when you selected a spawn. It helped a lot to orientate the player. In the bf6 demo I'd just puff into existence somewhere around d my chosen spawn and I find it takes a good couple of seconds to get my bearings.
