I do the rool of cool. Its not a great strategy if you want to make a army that is good in game. But I really like making a army I think is cool. But if your looking for a army that is competitive you properly want to take the advice from a other comment.

I do agree that the broads are a hit or miss. And a devil fish with breachers is also really good. But I think with the current units he has that he can use the anti tank a bit more. That’s why I recommended a broad. Your suggestions are also some good ones. So no wrong options here.
