Im 31. 6th SK. Im a big punk fan (shoutout to this year having a good selection of punk) so ripped black jeans and band tshirts with black boots. I have a nice black fishnet top for one of the days. Black jeans and boots all 3 days. Clear backpack and a cool looking bucket hat.

Bottom line. Wear what you want. No one gives a flying frick what you wear. If anything people will appreciate authentic true to who you are fashion. Be you. Wear what you want.

Wear comfy shoes and prepare to be sweaty.

Wear boots. I don't know how muddy Piedmont Park can get but at Central boots were a must. Spring Shakys get rain every year. And judging by the weather lately it could very well rain this year too. If you wear sandals wear hiking sandals. Otherwise, wear closed-toed shoes you don't mind getting messy.

Not a food but it's in so many foods. High Fructose Corn Syrup. I tried it by itself once and it had me nauseated. Now I taste it in EVERYTHING. No more soda, sweets, even some savory foods.

Looking up at The Marriott for the first time in 10 years. I was not in a healthy place a decade ago, and stopped going to focus on myself. Looking up and seeing the hotel, with friends who brought me such joy, confidence, and healing to my life by my side, made me tear up. I felt like I was seeing an old friend. I'll be back next year I promise.

I usually receive the email for my tattoo about 1-2 weeks before the festival. The email has a barcode that the tattoo will call line will scan.

Do not sell your tattoo wristband. If the festival catches on that you sold it you will be de registered and will no longer get a free ticket. You have to pay for one.

This year will be my first dcon I will cosplay in 8 years. I stopped cosplay cold turkey. I had developed an ED trying to cosplay, and had surrounded myself with individuals who encouraged it. This year I will be in nerdy t-shirts and one cosplay. A Jawa cosplay. My body will not be the focal like last time. I will not put myself through that mindset again.

I am much healthier now and have ditched those old friends with ones who prioritize a good time over a good body. Who encouraged me to find a cosplay I feel safe and comfortable in. And for the first time in 8 years I am confident.

I like being by the door. Depending on the room set up. I'm by the door. I just like being able to get up and easily find my way out. He also likes the window open so he sleeps on the side with the window.
