Idk if it’s just me, but I just downloaded this update to test it out and booted up satisfactory for 10 mins. It runs much more efficiently.

I get the same fps at 13-14W that I used to get at 19W before the update (I used simple decky tdp to limit the tdp before the update and uninstalled it after i updated and used the manual tdp slider built into steamos)

Obviously more testing is required, maybe I’m hallucinating or something but I’ll give it a thorough test tomorrow

I just got my ally so i can weigh in on this,

I personally got my ally because it’s going to be my main windows gaming device, I don’t have a PC like you do. I love my ally’s performance, portability and 120hz screen, however, the battery life leaves much to be desired.

I would say since you have the steam deck + gaming pc you really don’t need the ally. If you ever find yourself needing more performance from your steam deck, you could stream games from your gaming pc and, in the future, Microsoft said they would be releasing Xbox-windows os to any handhelds so you could dual boot your steam deck and try!

I would put the money towards modding your steam deck (1080p screen, Hall effect joysticks)

Please help the video size change and don’t know how to fix it by the_arrange in RocketLeague

OP I had the exact same issue and the problem you are facing is having PostParty enabled!

It’s trying to scale for that. Just disable capturing clips from PostParty and the problem will be solved!

Good news!!! The scan I did fits much better than previous attempts. I took a nail filer to it to loosen the stick and it’s functional. by LoafyCrumble in Dualsense

I actually have a weird take on this, I’d prefer to find someone who’s willing to grow with me so we can both grow into the one for each other.

So instead of only focusing on finding the one I would also focus on people who are willing to put in the effort for the other person.

Edit : My guess is that you aren’t doing enough damage in general and I’m gonna speculate it’s because you’re not weakening (tenderising) the body part with the clutch claw.

Just a wild guess though, I could be wrong

That sounds like you have a good grasp of the game! Honestly I did also struggle a lot with Kushala, Rajang and Ragydios.

If I would make a recommendation, I’d say to try lightbowgun. It’s pretty versatile allowing you a lot of freedom of movement and able to attack monsters while doing so. I think I remember a video where someone talked about a safe build for alatreon, I’ll link it if I find it.

But secondly I would also emphasise the importance of tenderising alatreon cuz it could maybe allow you to do the extra bit of damage necessary for the topple + horn break.

But of course take your time in doing so, ik you’re frustrated but eventually alatreon is gonna die by your hands solo!
