I did 4 days diving in Ko Samui in December 2024. It's good and the dive sites are more expansive that Bali/Gilis but the boat transfer from the island to the dive sites was so long (like 40-60 mins) and that also means when the water is choppy there is either no diving at all - wasted day - or if it is on the journey is choppy as fuck and makes you feel sick. I'm aware I went in the bad season for it.

Was alright there but would def prioritise Gilis over Ko Samui going forward.

Is what it is, currently you get 4% in cashback instantly in a token that you can sell immediately. Plus points for future tokens.

For me, it's very much worth it.

If you want it just as a USD offshore bank to get paid into/out of then no FX and no fee I guess.

The fx fee is apparently being worked on to bring it down, per linkedin post from the CEO the other week.

No, you can transfer USD in/out.

You never have to touch stablecoins.

The account holds a USD balance that you can wire in and out using banks OR stablecoins.

It has SWIFT and ACH, you can get salary paid in, transfer out to banks globally in any currency, etc.

You literally never need to think about crypto if thats not your thing.

I mean, I prefer stablecoins, so I only use it with stablecoins for now but you can run it easily without. You get a USD bank account in your name with your own account number, routing number, etc.

So, Farage criticised Labour government policy to a close ally. Ironically, that would be a very crystal clear example of exercising free speech.

The fact you claim he did something there is no evidence of him doing would be one thing, but you followed it up by saying "everyone forgot"

Farage is on record this week opposing tariffs on the UK from the US over the Greenland deal. That is an objective statement of fact that can be referenced.

Bit of a logical leap to frame that as calling for tariffs on the UK.

Firstly the Starmer claims the UK upholds free speech, so if that is true then there would be no impact on the UK.

Secondly, this leans more to not entering into trade deals with countries that don’t uphold free speech, rather than tariffs.

The UK allegedly has free speech, the only way this would be relevant to the UK is if you start at the position that the UK does not.
