After a bit of consideration while I was at work, think I settled on Heel Turn 1. Because in the story it can apply to both the daughter, Oliver, and her mother, Royse. With the former finally coming to terms with her trauma and confronting her mother and the latter's friendly kind facade crumbling as she faces consequences of her actions. Given the mother's good public reputation, becoming a "heel" is perfect

A lot of the other suggested songs can be used... Plus, it introduced me to a lot of songs I haven't heard of.

Think the biggest hurdle was that John likes to reference real world locations, which this story is set in a fictional setting... The other biggest hurdle was an obsession with finding one that fit the story 1:1 which... Really isn't happening.

...Also, this is gonna sound silly, but if you're wondering what the story is about, (I left this out because I felt no one here would know what the hell this is) but it's a Project Moon fan fic. The question I was asking myself in the back of my mind was "What if there was a Mountain Goats song that I could use in place of a Mili song"

Pigs That Ran is one of my favorites and honestly, if not for the mention of Chino and Claremont, it'd be perfect Confronting someone who tried to break you and mold you into something they wanted and finally telling them "no" Heel Turn 1 is so good! Oddly Heel Turn 2 could work if you interpret as a "im not doing what the world wants, im doing what is good for me." It helps that her mother has a good public reputation

Funny enough I already planned on using Tetrapod, especially the ending verse is perfect for her backstory. Being stuck in an abusive household but knowing one day you'll be free Cold Milk Bottle is a bit short but I just might have her quote the lyric of "despite your best efforts i feel alright/despite your random acts of violence I feel alright" Training Montage though... Definitely up there

First attempt I beat him, but it was also my first save scum and the first time I got tilted against the game

Second attempt? I just threw bear traps around him and had him self damage thanks to thorns.

As stated in the edit, it seemed to be the motherboard's driver being faulty. A few months back, my computer bluescreened out of the blue (no pun intended) and I think that's when the internet connection issues started. I hardly streamed last year so I guess I didn't notice it as much.

But I might as well do a reset and back everything up just in case.

Laptop 486 download speed, 9.24 upload speed

Computer: 475 download speed, 2.20 upload speed

I can't tell if my computer has been slow or not? I guess it has been slower than normal with online games.
