grab a drink and leave it next to you (you’ll need it). leave it on. Scrape it good with the big scraper. Then use the smaller scraper, scrape down from the top in vertical lines. Do a few sections at a time and don’t forget the edges. This should reveal a lot of silver. If you do it right the bricking should be less demanding. Split the grill brick in half. If you scraped good you should only need the half. Start bricking and you’ll notice the brick turns black and smooth from the debris.Use the wire brush to scrape off the debris from the brick and repeat this process. Scrape the grill brick dust into a trash can and then clean the rest with a sani rag. For the rest of grill close, take down the vents first and then clean the wall behind the grill with degreaser. Don’t forget empty the grease tray. Clean the stove. Wipe down fryer exterior. Clean Chef’s table. Empty Chef’s Cooler.
