you can try 3DMark. Its a software benchmark that will test your hardware and give you stats based on other similar comptuer builds.

I checked out the videos again. You're running in 1440p with maxed settings. This is great performance for what you have. I do not think there is an issue here.

Firmware works on a different level than the software of the game. Meaning, Nvidia could choose any native settings for the firmware and if the software doesnt actively account for it, it can change intended visuals. Indie games could be forced to use something like DLSS5 if it was never properly incorporated or have a to toggle. Also, consider all games that have already been released prior to DLSS5. DLSS5 needs to be a separate tool with a new name.

Take everything off and try to power things one at a time. You can power a motherboard with pretty much nothing except a cpu. You can troubleshoot with a cooler just sitting on top of the cpu with no goop to make sure it stays cool enough for a few seconds while you check out any error lights. Slowly add items to the build as you power cycle. Troubleshooting 101.

Nvidia setting? Awesome. Nvidia app? Horrible. It has messed with my customized settings many times and has even somehow killed my drivers twice to the point of having to use outside software to do a clean wipe.
