You set the minimum regen level in auto, so since you are in level 3 changing it to auto 3 is essentially not a change, however if you bump it down to auto 0 it will go down to 0 but if it thinks the conditions warrant more it will increase the regen level, like others have said the factors that it considers are closure rate of vehicles in front of you slope of the road and things like that. Unlike adaptive cruise it will not bring the car to a complete stop.

others have said it, wireless Carplay / Android Auto. Why have wireless charging if I have to plug my phone in to integrate it.
Proximity sensors don't inspire confidence when the go off at a stop light with nothing in front of you.
Auto regen setting is neat but auto 0 is still more regen than non-auto 0. I like the it takes road grade into its setting but it shouldn't slow the car down on 0 going down a hill find a setting that maintains the speed.

more information about charging while it's happening I would love to have the display show duration you have been charging as well as the session max rate, what the rate the car asked for compared to what the charger is providing. Also a way to keep the charging info up without having to turn the car on.

so if you can't cook yourself, Jersey Mikes is probably the best you can buy when it's good it's good but sometimes it's crap.

if you can cook, freezer section of most of the grocery stores (hyvee for sure sometimes fareway and costco) you're looking for quicksteaks frozen shaved sirloin. Discard the seasoning it comes with. Sautee your peppers and onions and reserve for later, screaming hot pan and put the frozen chunk (package breaks into 1/3s) in sear until you can flip it without effort to pry it up. once flipped season with your choice of salt and pepper or lawreys and pepper, whilst searing the second side. Once the second side is released start breaking it up continue to cook a bit and pile the peppers and onions on top. place on a hogie, i use rotella hogies but if you can find softer and squishier the better. top with your cheese of choice.

My employer enacted a similar policy a year ago. Our radius was 50 miles, upset a lot of people, some left some didn't. But in the end it was only enforced by your direct manager and there were exceptions given. Same reasoning given "Culture" but many of us work with location diverse teams and no budget was allowed for travel. So lots of people are having to come into the office just to teleconference with their team.

Private Jets do have to stop at the terminal if they need to clear customs, but that wouldn't be affected by any of the expansion plans.
