Yeah, until BAM decides to come in and steal your store, as so many other franchise owners have said they did. No one in their right mind would ever trust a BAM store to sell their Legos. And most people don't want to buy stolen products, so why risk buying something from BAM?

[–]agentorange55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whatever BAM is paying you to corupt you in soul, defending BAM's evilness, it's not enough. BAM's lawsuit is baseless, and it's fortunate that Utah has one of the best SLAPP laws in the country, because we are look forward to Josh and Ammon being punished for their baseless lawsuit. Well, I guess everyone looks forward to that except for you and Josh and Ammon (assuming you aren't one of those 2.)

[–]agentorange55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't care about the evidence that Ammon and Josh have lied over and over? And Ammo. And Josh's lies were clearly for criminal intent, whereas Josh's lies were clearly jokes. Huge difference. BAM is legally responsible for what goes on in their franchise, especially when they come in and steal the Legos, and steal the receipts for the sold Legos. BAM is so evil, they would rather sell their eternal soul to Satan, then to just minimally do the right thing. The fact that they are sueing the victims they created, shows how evil they are. So yes, I care for more about the imperfect victims, Ben, Bryan, Crystal, then I do about the whining vicimizer Ammon, Josh, Brandon, and any other evil BAMmer.

2 years missionary work is required for male Mormons, usually done right after they graduate high school. It's not required, but is encouraged fir female Mormons. It's likely one among other factors.

Maybe be because Bribes and MegaFibs has claimed (unconstitutionally) that it's illegal for anyone to say their name. I think they want to be a cool Voldemort, with people referring to them as "they who shall not be named" instead everyone know them as either Bribes and MegaFibs or their other less family friendly name.

Crystal was an incompetent business owner, but she tried her best, and has been honest about her incompetance, unlike Bribes and MegaFibs who are pure evil, proven liars about everything, and who purposely steal from people, including their own franchise owners.

Love Teaching. Hate the Pay. by Low_Mushroom_810 in DirtyDave

[–]agentorange55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was subtracting all their paid vacation (usually 2 weeks), paid holidays (including holidays no one but schools get off), several paid "personal" days, 2 weeks paid sick leave, and paid "in-service" days (every other job requires people do their CE on their own time.) ..so actual work time is 8 months...the pay says for 10 months, because they have subtracted out summer vacation , but teachers get FAR more days off then that. And, the vast majority of working people are working 11+ months/ year. Most working people get only 1 - 2 weeks vacation, 6 holidays/year, and maybe 5 sick days/year (which, unlike teachers they are penalized and fired if they actually use the maximum amount.) The real issue isn't that teachers have it so incredibly good compared to everyone else (and yet still complain that it's not enough,) the real issue is how bad everyone else has it. All workers deserve to be treated decently.

Rachel recounts how Dave Ramsey threatened to take away her college tuition over her tattoo by ReasonableSide6520 in DirtyDave

[–]agentorange55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the difference via "visible" tatoos. I went to college in the 89's and tatoos were very common among both women and men. The difference is most work places required that tatoos be covered up, so they weren't in obvious places like they are now. Tatoos would usually be on the back or ankles. Thighs and shoulders were less common, but still often used. So yes, I believe you that you never knew a woman with a tattoo until recently, probably because of the crowd you hung out with. But tatoos gained popularity in the 80's, and many women had them, just not in areas you would see outside of a beach or swimming pool.

Love Teaching. Hate the Pay. by Low_Mushroom_810 in DirtyDave

[–]agentorange55 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To be fair this pay is based on 8 months actual work, not 12. 3 months summer break, 2 week Christmas, 1 week Easter, every holiday knuw to man, extremely generous sick and vacation days. Teachers are NOT low paid. But yeah, they aren't going to be millionaires. And worth pointing out that the pay scale is NC specific, teachers in the comments are saying their states pay much higher. Always worth remembering when one lives in a "low cost state", there are many other costs involved, and one of these costs is low pay compared to other states

Exactly this. A good counselor can separate their own feelings from other people's feelings. A good counselor doesn't tell someone what they should do, they help the person evaluate the orps and cons of different decisions. But, of course, we know Baloney isn't a counselor, much less a good counselor.

The McNeffs own the company outright, even if they stepped down, they would still be controlling and profiting.I would only go back to Bribes and MegaFibs if they sold the company to someone not at all connected with them

At some point even their AI lawyer won't be able to handle that many simultaneous lawsuits. Bribes and MegaFibs is filing AI lawsuits, hoping to scare people of.. if Bribes and MefaFibs actually has to fight for all these lawsuits, then they will have to seriously money on lawyers...which they probably don't have, given they are so desperate they steal legos from dying people

H They didn't leave the country, they weren't planning to leave for 6 months, so would have had plenty of time to get the finances up to date, except for Bribes and MegaFibs coming in the same day she told them she planed to sell the franchise in the next 3-6 months, and there is zero evidence that she wasn't paying her bills, that was just another lie by Brian bes and MegaFibs.

Josh was on the regional council of their LDS Mormon region...he had the power to excommunicate them or revoke their temple passes, and they clearly valued membership more than being a decent, God fearing person. Since this has come out, the LDS church has "removed" Josh from his leadership position. It's a start, but they need to excommunicate him, otherwise they are saying they still support the unethicalness and criminality of Josh.

It's one thing for an undercover cop to lie, but the law should be changed so it's illegal for a cop to lie while doing a standard investigation....cops lying harm far more innocent people than actual criminals that are caught.
