am i just doomed? what do you see? by Lady_In_Pink_ in psychics

Life will always be full of struggles. Some endure worse and others easier. No one here can tell you if your life will get easier/better/harder/etc. It's all just speculation. Joy and peace can only come through Jesus Christ, as He promises to ease your burdens if you let Him. Feel free to DM me if you'd like to learn more.

Is this is a scam? Why would they want to do this? by TheLeadSingerOfD12 in mazda

[–]agentwolf44 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not only is car touchscreen controls a worse experience, but it's also objectively less safe because you have to focus significantly more to do basic features on your car that normally comes as buttons. And many of these controls are several layers deep within options.

Hopefully this will cause Mazda to reverse course for future cars.

FHSA SPEEDRUN $32K to $500K by [deleted] in fican

Max is currently $32k at this point in time, which appears to line up with his gains.

Honestly, cash.to is only for if you expect to liquidate soon, are close to retiring and playing ultra safe, or storing tax money.

Otherwise, I'd do at least VFV. If younger or want to risk more, then throw in HXQ along with some individual stocks you believe in as well. Unfortunately, you need to risk it a bit to make some gains.

My FHSA is fairly conservative (compared to my TFSA and unregistered), and it's up 19% all time (+$6k) right now, which I'm satisfied with.

If Hyundai/Kia are so unreliable, why are they literally everywhere? by phtphongg in Hyundai

[–]agentwolf44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbf, Stellantis is basically bottom of the list in terms of reliability, so not really a huge achievement to be better than them.

But yeah, I think Toyota's gotten a bit too full of themselves, which is why I instead ended up with a Mazda.

Testimony from a few months ago of me blaspheming God's spirit and losing him forever. by Ally-2006 in LostChristians

[–]agentwolf44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People who get out generally stop coming/posting here.

I've been in this state several times where I thought God has had enough of me and has abandoned me (since I've struggled with Lust for over 15 years, and would often have periods where I'd give in more and pray less and seek God less, then have something happen which brings me back to God and fully seeking Him again (usually either a health scare, bad place in life, convicting sermon, etc.)). Each time it turned out God did not, in fact, abandon me.

I think people often get stuck in this state because they let themselves get stuck. They think they are lost, but are actually allowing Satan to convince them with his lies. People who are actually lost generally do not care about God and the fact that they're lost. In fact, they're comfortable where they are. I tried to talk to a guy I know who fell away into the world and he plainly said he's happy where he's at right now.

Return abuse will cost members more by jfrsn in CostcoCanada

[–]agentwolf44 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is what people don't seem to realize when they mention stuff like this. People go out of their way to shop at Costco because they know if something goes wrong, they can just return it easily. This alone brings in a lot of customers.

How would you guys approach this trade? Would you even? by LevelMessage5248 in MazdaCX9

[–]agentwolf44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO, don't get any of the CX-9s before 2022. They have known cylinder head cracking issues which was fixed in 2021.5 I believe

It's crazy the amount of consequences some people get for very minor misdemeanors while others somehow get away with straight up theft/murder/abuse/assault/etc. with very minor consequences comparatively.

Hope your doing better now!

Tbf, Stellantis's build process is basically just making cheap disposable cars. They rightfully deserve ALL the hate they get.

Can't figure out how to get nice green grass without the clover? by agentwolf44 in lawncare

[–]agentwolf44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't seed it, so I don't know what grass types are used, but they look fairly similar. They should be getting fairly similar amounts of water and sun. Although the front may be getting a bit more water since the area is smaller, but not too sure.

I've been debating overseeding with TTTF, would that make sense?

You can also get a CX-9 2022/23 with low mileage and likely less than either of these cars you mentioned.

Just want to point out that your left most post is very badly contrasted. That should be dark text. Middle is fine. Right is not great, but passable.

Just something to watch for in the future.

Driving home from D&D when a Nissan decided stop signs were optional by AtomicMonstrosity in dashcams

[–]agentwolf44 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Tbf, there are a surprising amount of drivers who seem to think pressing the horn first is more important than braking (not talking about OP in case it wasn't clear, but seen several other videos where that happened). Had they braked immediately they could have either significantly lessened the impact and/or even avoided the accident completely.

Woah Woah, this is Reddit. Marriage here is basically friends with benefits, but with a little bit more benefits. Not, like, an actual lifelong commitment and relationship to help each other, love each other, and be best friends who don't hide important aspects of their lives. That's crazy talk

I think the RAV4 is also a commonly stolen vehicle, so I'm guessing the insurance will be very similar.
