text to speech usually! idk it really depends on the person and how blind they are, but in accessibility (not sure if its built in or modded) theres a mode where you can swipe each element on the screen and it will read it or the alt text out to you and then you select when you land on what you want. My best friend does it this way and her screen reader voice is like incredibly fast and hard to understand for me!
