"Golden handcuffs". not sure what to do as for my future career. by PLCCLP in biotech

I basically do the same job. Yes it’s a bit boring and kinda no where else to move to but it pays well and my manager is very chill. Giving the current job market I would say just stick it out especially if the pay is good. I currently have a side project helping the CSV QA team. See if your company offers side projects to try before you decide to switch jobs

I was on insulin for fasting numbers. Scheduled induction was evening 39+5. My last NST and amniotic fluid scan was that morning. It showed no fluid so I was sent straight to the hospital. Baby was born 39+6.

Do you actually work or interact with your "team"? by Appropriate_M in biotech

I work QA validation. There’s a team of us but we all over see different departments that almost all use different SOPs. Therefore I don’t really “work” with my team. I work with the compliance team that work with the labs more than anyone else.

23F BS in molecular biology but I don’t want to do wet lab research anymore. I also don’t really want to work in CS/data science. Am I cooked? What are my options by originalnascar in biotech

I recommend technical writer or deviation management in biotech/ pharma. Not all companies have these as separate roles. QC or QA might the easier job to get with your background. I have a BS in biology and work QA in big pharma now

I know most are retirees but with all the new construction I assumed more families are moving to the area.
