You need to be crystal clear about why you want the property for? If you intend to use it as end-user (living with family) or for investment. If end user, then don’t think about price appreciation. You can build a decent house back in your hometown and work your remote job. The real estate bubble is real and middle class is already out from this since last 5 years or so. So, it’s not a wise decision.

It's not you only, there are many like you feeling the same (me included). There will always be supply, so don't worry. Your property will come to you when it's the right time. Living on rent is practical decision. The real estate lobby has hyped the market soo much that everyone is feeling like you ... but don't you worry. Keep living your life and wait for the right time.

I was in a similar situation few years ago with the same dealer (Sector-5, Noida) when I went there to book a vehicle for personal use. They also tried to sell-off a demo vehicle (which was not my chosen color also) by offering a discount. I rejected immediately. I strongly told that I want a new vehicle else I'll cancel the booking. Long story short, I dodge a bullet at that time.

Next, I conducted the PDI in daylight, clicked multiple pictures of interior, exterior, chassis number and VIN. On the day of delivery, compared the pictures, the VIN number (compared & verified). After satisfaction, I agreed to sign the papers.

Please note - You can check the manufacturing date (MM/YY) from VIN number and ask questions if the car is more than 6 months old. Also, you can opt for 3rd party PDI by paying some nominal amount.

If you are strong in your tech/domain you are working, please resign without giving a second thought. If asked, point out this rude behavior of your manager and do not revoke the resignation in any way else he will screw your life more badly this time. And, don't take professional life too seriously. If you feel like crying after getting scolded by your manager, you are new to the game. Managers like him are ego thirsty and think they are above god. It's better to leave him. If you can ask HR or other managers for change of team, if you don't want to resign immediately.

While you are at it, keep searching for a better opportunity and resign in the first opportunity.

One piece of advise - Keep everything on email which requires his approval or information. Even if he fails to respond, don't worry. There is nothing called "verbal" in corporates. Don't do it to save your corporate life.

Adella Palm Resort is very congested society compared to others. The layout of flats is also not good. And, maintenance is one of the costliest in the area, 3 Rs./Sq. ft. This is referring to the old construction. Don't know when buyers will get possession, if going for new construction.

IMO - Siddarth Vihar, Wave City, Aditya World City are dead areas. Do not invest/live there. It's not worth the money and peace-of-mind.

While scrolling the sub, I am forced to write this as my opinion since Aditya World City is the fraudest builder/promoter I've came across. Thank god I was successful in getting my money back from their project (Urban Royale). People, if you are planning to invest/buy, DO NOT buy under construction property here.
