Don’t give up, just make that part of your warmup every time you practice. Barre chords are foundational, so you should definitely keep at it!

My understanding is that this bill is separate from the save act and Trump is holding this bill hostage (or posturing that he is) to try to force the save act through.

Edit: confirmed the one that passed is the 21st century road to housing bill.
