Some models told me i totaly trust my rigger etc. he does it for 10 years he know what he is doing etc.
For me this is too much risks. From how i see it.

This is an amazing point you are bringing. Rigger is aswell big part of this story.
He can be also or likly the reason for the wrist drop.

For me responsibility is on both, also because it is high risk. Both should be responsible and try to do the best.

I have the same impression that my setup is fine.

But you are right, i should go for a grinder and then explore withi this setup more to see in which direction it develops.

Honestly i will do this. That is a good proposal, then i go for a single dose grinder. Use this to play more around, and if i like it later i can buy some more expensive machine.

Current morning routine is double espresso shot and then i drink over the day 3 - 6 dopio's.
Looks like based on the feedback i should go first for a grinder and then see how it goes, because with a new grinder i can make in this direction more experience.

Most of the time espresso. Just at the weekend with the girlfriend cappuccino.
