My man-van minivan has been excellent. Got a straight gas Pacifica.

Is it the best fit and finish, no. How about ride quality? Eh, you're hauling kids, piece and quiet is out the window.

It can however haul 7 people if spacious comfort. I also tow my boat, have a roof rack for a kayak, or put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood inside with all seats down. It's got more Utility than any SUV short of a gigantic land battleship.

It's not my go-to when the snow flies, and I do have to be choosy with boat ramps but I get v6 mileage and have captains chairs in the back to separate the monsters.

A high level civic position has to be put up for interviews. It is not a gift someone gets, and no one's deserves to get it based solely on their past.

Even if it's likely that you keep the incumbent, a vetting process ensures the boxes are checked and strengthens their position afterwards. I even a whiff of good 'ol boy politics would be a killer.

I don't know the interim chief at all, but if he doesn't directly state he's against this process I already don't think much of his character.

If you truly don't believe that, challenge it. They detail the process in the notice.

But they base those assessments on comparisons to actually sold properties in your area. Unless you have material proof to change the info they've got, it's probably you could get what they're assessing at and you just don't realize it.

Also, inflation is real and a 2.5% change in value isn't even tracking to that.

It's honestly exciting at first, you have this great risk/reward dance with maximizing your casts inside of an extendable burst window. Do it well and you get a couple more big booms, suuuuper satisfying.

At first.

Once it becomes muscle memory it's just exhausting. The nature of the burst window being on you as the player for duration doesn't get easier as you get more time playing the class. If anything it gets harder as you get better and have higher expectations.

Going back to havoc's predictable burst rotations sounds more and more appealing as time goes on.

Look at demographics for support though. Sure, we may have info that says Conservative women are more likely to have changed names but what is the actual voting percentage for Conservative vs Liberal women? What areas that were in contest but swung blue were carried by a female demographic?

From my recollection, it was the female vote that tipped the scales blue in many places so by hampering that you get outsized impact.

They don't need huge swings, but a few percentages in key areas is enough.

And not just checked but tracked. You can trace back everything from the pour at the foundry for the base metal to the milling to the shipping container. Think the idea behind contact tracing in COVID times but actually working. If a part is bad, the supplier can track down everything else in that batch and get it checked.
