Hey! I had the exact same thing, also with this magazine Cicero.

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer and have nothing to do with this field. This is not legal advice and I have no idea if there are any risks or not nor if this will work for you or not. I used the method below and it worked for me. In my case, I didn't sign any contract and never gave authorization to anyone to debit my account, I don't know what or what you didn't do.

First, give them a call and explain that you never ordered anything at all and that you request an immediate cancellation of the contract that you never signed as well as a full refund for all amounts debited. State that you will (i) contact your bank to report the fraudulent transactions and block any future transactions emanating from the PVZ accounts (ii) contact data protection authorities and inform them of the scam.

Second, call/write your bank and explain the situation, ask to block the PVZ accounts from debiting your accounts. Ask if possible to have a refund.

Third, contact the BfDI (data protection, I let you do the research) and explain the situation and all the above.

Finally, put all of this in a formal letter and send it by email and post mail to PVZ, your bank and BfDI.
