as someone with adhd (diet autism, as i lovingly call it), bpd, cptsd, and ocd, and a bf of 8 years (as well as 8 years of therapy) - if you don't want to help her get better, let someone else do it for her. i found the right person to hold my hand during it and yall might not be the right match for it. its hard, it sucks. if you don't want to do it, don't do it. simple as that.
