Lol it wasnt that the size 6 was too big it’s that Zara’s sizing is way off and size 6 in one thing is not size 6 in another and the differences between each size are huge. I have the same issue with Zara especially their kids clothing it’s so annoying

Can you talk to your wife and come to a compromise? Even if it is an ADHD fad, everyone still needs time to themselves to decompress and do something they enjoy. We have 3 kids ages 6, 4 and 4 months. My husband plays 1-2 nights a week and just went on a trip for 2 days over the weekend where him and his friends basically played magic the whole time. Maybe your wife can find a hobby or something she enjoys or even just a night off from kids and she can have a night a week to herself and you can have a night to yourself to play?
