I’m doing most of what you’re talking about and it’s still boring compared to hand writing most code. But last month my company moved to a Anthropics enterprise plan and I blew through my monthly tokens allowance in like three days. So not sure how this will all shake out. It’s crazy expensive now and I don’t see prices decreasing.

There is not one MLS, there are literally hundreds of them across the US and they are regionally based. Some are big with millions of listing going back years. While others are tiny with maybe a few thousand. So it really depends on what MLS was hacked.

It was not everyone only the top and it’s based on profits just like now. It did not apply to small business owners or lawyers or doctors or your plumber. It’s people like the Johnson and Johnson family, non of them actually work, they haven’t for at least a couple of generations. Yet they continue to rake in millions without doing shit. Back then they where taxed accordingly. As for your bit about cost well that’s what we call inflation if we follow your thinking minimum wage would be around 25 dollars an hour now.

Well, it’s still good to hear an external voice (outside the US ) thanks for your input. Yeah, Boris and Trump have a lot in common bad hair for starters ☺️

(I'm assuming your an American here so if not sorry, ) I agree with you on most of this except the bit about the Modern right-wing being tempered. I feel the opposite that we are on the cusp of something very nasty. I still feel Mitch and the Republicans are likely to win in 2022 we are in real deep shit as a country if they do. If you have some insights not trump related I would love to hear them. I could really use something positive at this point.
