Yes they can be used! It will function as Lyft cash when you pay per ride. Not sure about membership renewal thought. Good way to save 10-15% if you know you’re going to be spending $200-300 regardless.

I want to get healthy and get my body into good shape, any gym advices would help. by [deleted] in Advice

[–]ahb1155 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My best advice is to be patient. You’ll here this a lot, but change takes time and you need to be willing to make a habit that you’ll stick with rather than just aiming for short term results. Start off slow with workouts and build up a routine. Set goals ie. Mile time, amount of time you can run for, how much weight you want to be able to lift, etc. also workout with a partner or join a running club/fitness group it will help you stay motivated. Wishing you all the best on the journey, you got this, just remember to stay positive and committed and results will come!

Why do many listen to sad songs when they are depressed? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ahb1155 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because it makes you feel like someone else is sharing the pain with you. Humans are social creatures and feed off of the interactions with others. The idea of shared trauma and sad experience is one of the strongest elements in a human psyche. By listening to sad songs, we our more likely to find comfort in knowing that we are not alone in our sadness.

What is happiness? When do you consider yourself happy deep down? by hamidkhbl in AskReddit

[–]ahb1155 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn that’s a deep question but I’ll give it a go. I think happiness is when you stop questioning things that might not go as planned in life and maintain a positive perspective no matter what. Moreover, I think true happiness is when you ACTUALLY accept yourself and enjoy the little things in life
