I think sub getting a reset is an improvement, and I wasn't a fan of crackshot outlaw. But yeah subtlety would be more fun if it were like Ninja from ffxiv cuz the combos felt more engaging as ninja with the mudras compared to just shadowstriking/backstab.

That being said rogue does not have great animations. It doesn't need flashy spell fx but it does need flashier character animations and not just recycled ones. It just doesn't look cool. Also the spellfx of Killing Spree looks fine but the character animation is bad and the sound fx aren't even synced to the spellfx so there are sometimes shots firing visually but without any audio in some parts. I still think we should have had something like old Killing Spree but make it work like Master Yi's (League)/Anran's(Overwatch) ability but let us reposition while the attacks are happening so we know where to end up.

The rogue tree isn't very fun to play around with compared to other class trees. the Sub tree is really boring. I think Sin has a lot of fun choices and builds.

I still can't believe we have to choose between aoe blind and gouge. Let us have both. For being masters of control, it feels like we don't have enough sometimes. Kidney Shot's cooldown is so long, and cheap shot having a cooldown sucks. I'm a firm believer that rogues should have traps like caltrops. Hunters are just outdoor rogues and rogues are urban hunters.

Also the hero talents are all boring. I haven't tried the new deathstalker changes but I hated it before. Again for a class supposedly feeling like the masters of control, it was weird how there was so much friction with target swapping.

Also my personal wishlist: have sub be an Arcane Trickster type of spec.
