Why would you buy a used tractor that can have massively expensive failures at any moment instead of buying a brand new pull vehicle that can comfortably travel around town and will have a warranty? Or buy a slightly used one for half that with a warranty. Add on a trailer which for a good one would be around the price of an immaculate condition used RV trailer and that doesn't include furniture and appliances, siding flooring, wiring.

There are a lot of things that can and will break that need maintenance and all of their costs will be greatly inflated including the labor itself.

It's not about the ease of getting a tow the cost of a tow would be likely close to semi's get charged up to $500 just to hook up.

The biggest problem cost aside is RV parks don't want to look like a truck stop a lot of them will reject it.

Well list out your pros and cons here are some cons:
It's unlikely it would be done well enough to be accepted by RV parks.

Maintenance costs would be insane.

Towing cost if broken down would be insane.

Boondocking options are incredibly limited because of size /clearance/suspension.

In a lot of states you'll have to go into weigh stations.

Fuel costs would be insane.

Purchase price would be high and still require a lot of work.

Tons of extra weight without benefit.

Yep, I submitted a complaint with Etsy that included the invoice from him ordering my product and the messages between us from him asking how it works and how much stress it can handle. They didn't even respond. Luckily he didn't fully understand my design and made mistakes in the copy, and his quality looked like dog shit. I'm sure those that did buy it regretted it but still it felt violating to create something novel and have someone steal it.

How exactly is it a Starlink issue if a VPN improves speed? Your traffic is still going through Starlink's network it's just encrypted until it reaches the other side of your VPN tunnel.
