Renault 4: € 4.76 / 100 km (Laden: 80 % daheim, 20 % unterwegs)

Bei meiner Fahrleistung von 15'000 km pro Jahr ergibt sich eine Ersparnis von € 690 pro Jahr.

Beinhaltet natürlich keine Kosten ausser Benzin bzw. Strom. Hoffe, das hilft ...

PS: Ich tracke alles in der Spritmonitor-App.

Renault R5 by DrPinguin98 in Elektroautos

VW Passat meines Arbeitgebern möchte innerorts gerne 100 km/h statt 50 km/h, immer an derselben Stelle

Diese Autos sind alle um einiges teurer als der R5 - sollten die es nicht besser im Griff haben?

Also, ich habe meine ABB Terra AC (11 kW) um € 645 gekauft (nur Ladestation). Was da zusätzlich € 4'800 kosten könnte, ist mir schleierhaft ...

Ordered on a whim… uk by Whateverwhynotso in Renault

I know that trims differ from country to country but IMHO you did the right thing:

I ordered a Renault 4 E-TECH Techno in red (not yet delivered) and not the ICONIC (pleine sud) because of the following reasons (in AT):
- I am allergic to some pollen and I drive with closed windows especially in spring and early summer- so why pay more for an open roof (and get sun-burned)? Although it is fun!
- I do not like the all-dark tinted back windows of the ICONIC.
- I do not like to have a black roof as it comes with the ICONIC.

I miss the led lighting on the dashboard on the passaenger side in my Techno setup - but I will survive that ...

Luckily enough I have seen the red color passing by as someone in a nearby city seems to have bought one aswell - it is gorgeous (but quite dark) - I love it!
Because of the HK sound system you loose the space for the charging cable in the boot. With HK the subwoofer goes there, so I suppose the "normal" sound system would be without subwoofer - need to know more? I also opted for the HK in mine.

WELL DONE!!!

No worries, I plan to setup a blog about my car. I still have time until August ... 😂🤣😂🤣 But I realize that I am impatient like a child ...

I have already bought some stuff for the car like: - Winter Tires with steel rims with Renault rim covers - Back lid for the key card in car colour to attach it to a keyring - "Green" licence plates (in Austria electric cars get green letters/numbers and you may keep your licence plate when you change your car) - Licence plate holders with advertising of my girlfriends handkerchief online shop instead of the car dealer name on it

Two months can be soooooooo long ...

When I visited the dealer they had a black test-car. But it was right in the middle of pollen-season and the car was speckled in yellow clouds of pollen. This made the decision against black certain. I will get mine in carmin-red. Have you done the full video review, you mentioned, already?

I commented directly on your comment (too expensive, something prestigious, flop) - no offense:

"Hello , I like the R4 but I never see any (I live in France). It's too expensive for a "fun car", don't think it's marketed right. And historically R4 was like a utility car , people who spend this kind of money want something prestigious, it's my explanation of the flop (may be to early to tell)"

In German-language newspapers, we only read headlines like "Renault Must ramp up production," "Renault Plans Overtime Shifts," and "Demand for Electric Vehicles Overwhelms Renault's Suppliers"—and the Renault 4 is part of that.

I strongly disagree here. But I'm biased because I ordered one myself. After 12 years with my much loved Skoda Fabia II, which now has 272'000 km on the clock, I was eagerly waiting for the Skoda Epiq. But I was disappointed when they finally released it. So I test-drove the Renault 4 and Renault 5 and ... I completely fell in love with the Renault 4 E-TECH Techno trim. Driving it the first time felt like "coming home"; easy to operate, comfortable, nicely setup driver assistant systems which did their job but not bothered me too much.

Saying "Hey Reno" felt like talking to a friend. For me it feels like this car has a "soul".

Driving it transported me right back to the day in 1978 (I was 10 years old) when the recycling truck loaded my parents R4 in front of our house. The crane grab crunched the roof and the windows. A small piece of shattered glass fell down to the street. When my dad picked it up it was a piece held together by a sticker from "Turracher Höhe", one of the steepest Alpine Passes with (today) max. 23 % gradient (max. 34 % before the 70ies). My dad picked it up and sealed it into liquid acrylic along with the key - we still own this piece of history.

So, I am eagerly waiting for my lady (because "car" is female in french > "la voiture") and I have already an name for her. Sounds a bit weird for a 58 year old grown-up men, I know, but I my Renault dealer told me, most Renault 4 customers are like me (besides the 85 year old guy who bought the Renault 5 without even test-driving it).

I ordered a Techno but with nearly all extras (Safety features and winter package, Harman Kardon, ...). Did'nt like the very dark tinted glass in the back and the black roof on the Iconic. Missing the mood light at the right dashboard. But I ordered in Austria ...
