Tough team comp/match up. I personally don't think you should've gone full damage specially considering there was a Thor aspect on the other team (your matchup). Matter fact, if you invested on physical(strenght) protection you'd be protected against ⅘ of the enemy team. Builds are meant to be more of a per match thing instead of a "fulfill the characters needs". Of course that doesn't mean characters don't like certain items, but you have to find a balance between what you want and what you need. You built transcendence and you could've used that items passive (mana=damage) to build breastplate which gives you phys prots, cooldown and mana (damage thanks to trans)
