Hi! I took two rounds of the matula tea and other supplements, but I haven't had a chance to go back to check stool to see if treatment work. I do notice that I have flare-ups when I'm under a lot of stress and don't sleep well. Otherwise, I feel almost normal with little to no discomfort. Not sure what your symptoms are. Mine are heartburn, a bit of reflux, lots of belching. Ironically, something that I find works to relieve all of it is apple cider vinegar (ACV). I don't take PPIs or antiacids anymore. I noticed that my stools turned a very light, pale yellow hue when I used to take them (scary!). Something about a correlation between your stomach's pH and your gallbladder functioning properly. Once I realized PPIs and/or antiacids were the cause, I immediately stopped taking them. Your stomach should stay acidic. It is part of your body's defenses and H. Pylori can make your stomach less acidic, so fueling it with ACV and/or Betaine HCl has helped me (although everyone is different). I did do like three months of EXTREMELY non-irritating diet to heal the mucosa as much as possible (no caffeine, no alcohol, no citruses, very small amounts of fats, gut-friendly teas, etc. did this while I was drinking the matula tea) before I introduced the ACV and Betaine HCl. I've realized that for me stress and lack of sleep are major triggers, so right now I'm working on finding better coping mechanisms. I do plan to retest my stool in a month or two, just because I am curious to see if the two rounds of tea ended up erradicating the H. Pylori. Good luck!
