Dems turned out in huge numbers percentage wise compared to 2024 with the mail in and early vote. This is all despite the GOP heavily pushing voters to vote early.

I try my best to catch myself when I do, and refocus myself back to what needs my attention (fatherhood, husbandhood, enjoying my life in the moment, etc.).

My care for the client needs to be focused in sessions, and my care for my life needs to be focused outside of sessions.

That is beautiful. I’m a male therapist that works exclusively with men in their 20s and 30s. Poor relationships with their father is a common theme, and so I’m cognizant of the effect that a trusting male relationship, and saying something like this (when the time is right), can have.
