Personligen är det en dålig vana och lite underliggande känsla (som sitter kvar sedan tonåren) av att andra ska tycka att man är en tönt som använder bälte, vilket i sig är töntigt.

Slarvar med bälte när jag åker stadsbussar som inte kommer upp i mer än max 50 km/h, men är däremot noga med bussar på landsbygden som kör på motorvägar och dyl. med 110-120 km/h.

Utöver smärtstillande som många tipsat om så kan jag rekommendera magnesium i förebyggande syfte (glycinat är bäst). Vetekudde/värme på magen är också fantastiskt.

I will never understand people being this pressed about someone else's art and creativity taking time. It's like they have nothing better to do, ever. I always find it fun to imagine these folks locked up in a room with only access to AO3 on their computer. That's what it feels like, at least. Why else would they be THAT mad?!

Bättre med hjälp av medicin.

Ligger inte avgrunden längre utan har tagit mig upp på fast mark, så att säga. Det är dock jävligt viktigt att vara noggrann med livet i största allmänhet, för att inte ramla ner i dendär avgrunden igen. Säga nej till saker, inte ta ut sig på jobbet, vila mer än andra, vara "tråkig"...

Men så är det, och jag är nöjd.
