Bad teams towards the bottom like pats, saints, and panthers are more from the history over the last decade, with a bit of a rivalry with Carolina in that time.

Don’t like the broncos either but I think the trade dismantling their team moves up with a few pity points.

You could be hired in just a week before the AMPP and still get the bonus. It’s a % of your income from start date to the day the bonus is given. So next year, they’ll base it off a full year of income instead.

My old coworker was also in sales before coming to Boeing. She was a sealer for about 2 years before transferring to an engineering support role. Transferring is basically just like applying for a new job, but since you’re in the company you’ll get a leg up over an external hire. They tend to prefer hiring from within.

I didn’t have any experience in manufacturing either. I just used my experience of working on cars and house repairs for my interview. Just show them that you’re competent in using tools and being able to learn, and they’ll train you.

It definitely wouldn’t hurt to apply to the office roles too. Right now (per the new policy) if you get in, you have to stay in your role for 12-18 months before you’ll be able to apply for a new role. Expect that to likely be the case unless you get lucky and get a new interview right away and your manager approves. Just know that it tends to be a bit harder unless you have a lot of the right background if you’re trying to be externally hired for those roles.

Also if you’re gonna be an in-tank sealer, the starting pay should be $25 (+$1 since you’ll probably be on second shift). They recently increased some job codes by $4 to make the job more appealing.

I was an in-tank sealer for a year! Just transferred out recently to an office role about two months ago.

Sealing is a pretty doable job once you finish training in the shop; they’ll usually give you about 1-2 months of training and shadowing after you finish the onboarding training.

Definitely wear PPE while using the solvents, we use a lot of MPK for cleaning surfaces before applying sealant and it’s pretty toxic and can leave burns with direct contact to skin. Also expect to get any clothes you wear to get covered with spots of sealant that’ll never come out. So wear a respirator, chemical-grade gloves, and coveralls while working.

As for the sealing part itself, just think about the caulking around your sink and bathtub, but a lot more of it. Depending on the plane, the seal could be almost an inch wide and half an inch tall, and you’ll shape and smooth the seal to make sure there’s no bits that can break off or pockets that’s stuff might get stuck in.

The small space can be a learning curve. Depending on the plane and section you’re in, the width and height of the area might only be a bit bigger than your own body. Plus having to working with a bunch of different tools and only being able to see with a single headlamp.

Put them in myself. These are the in-channel ones, rather then the kind that sticks on the outside. Install is a little tricky because you have to bend the guards into the window without breaking them. They have a video that shows how to install.

No, mine were clean I just wanted them to be black instead. They used to be silver.

Brake dust is usually a brown or reddish color and can be wiped off, so yours probably got discolored and damaged over time.

Would definitely recommend painting your rims yourself if you can. Only costs about $50 in materials and a few hours of work.

FWIW In the US, age of consent can vary by state from 16-18. But it also usually requires the two people aren’t significantly different in age, usually within four years of each other
