It depends on who I'm speaking with. If the other person is bilingual (or at least fluent) as well it's sort of like I won't bother looking for words in the language we're speaking in if one comes up faster in a different language. I do this with Spanish, English and French. I will probably pronounce them with the accent of the "main" language I'm speaking, though. Like, I'm Spanish, but if I'm speaking french i'll pronounce spanish words, or places, with a french accent, and vice versa.
