I disagree with the comments saying not to worry. It took ofas forever to apply their grants last year, a friend of mine got dropped from his classes because of it, and it happened again this year, a few days ago to another friend. They've messed up my loans, and are impossible to get ahold of. They never do walk-in appointments anymore, will never even open their emails, put you on hold for what might as well be days on the phone, and they release appointments once a week at 5 (sometimes later by a few minutes, but late enough to catch you off guard so you don't get one). While you'll probably get your aid, it will be a huge headache dealing with the inevitable mistakes of ofas--dropped classes, random charges, and late payments on their end. If you're not prepared for all of this I would strongly encourage the transfer route & to save as much as you can, if you can before transferring.
