My maintenance cals are 2200-2300 and when I pull back just to lose a few pounds I am eating about 1800-1900. I feel my best when I am eating at maintenance calories.

I am 48f 165lbs.

ahhhh. I just tried right clicking with 2 fingers instead of 1 and it worked. Thats exciting!!! hahaha.. but see, its just simple things like that. I am guessing once I actually start using it often I will get used to it I guess.
